Operator Neutral

The network will not be owned by any telecom operator, but will serve all telecom operators and internet service providers – those presently existing and those that will be brought into being in coming years, with a policy of open access. The network will connect with all major operators in the region for effective intra-Gulf traffic distribution for carriers both within the Gulf and throughout the world.
